Organizing a LARP is awesome but it can become a nightmare when suddenly several people cancel because the cast of another LARP is announced. Let's make a deal here: I will get back to you within a month max, and during that month you don't make any other plans on the selected dates.

Dates:
- French session from Friday 8th to Sunday 10th May 2020
- French session from Friday 28th to Sunday 30th August 2020
- English session from Friday 16th until Sunday 18th October 2020
Duration: the actual game lasts about 10 hours during Saturday, with workshops on Friday evening. Sunday morning will be off game, a brunch will be served before clearing the site.
Before leaving on sunday, we will ask you to help us disassemble the LARP's decor and tidy the place.

Price: regular ticket 75 €; possibility to sign up for a reduced ticket (up to 50%, depending on the amount raised for this purpose) or to pay a voluntary contribution to finance the discounted tickets (the system is described in more detail at the bottom of this document).
Important: The venue does not have beds.

Registration, cancellation and refund:
Registration management is a workload and a source of significant stress for any organization team. Therefore, unless explicit prior arrangement, we only consider a registration as validated from the moment the organization has received the player’s complete financial contribution, as well as all the requested elements for example: photos, background elements, medical information ...).
In addition, late cancellations are difficult to deal with for the team. This is why we do not undertake any refund in case of cancellation within 30 days of the event.
In this case, the place left vacant will be proposed to others (via the event’s waiting list, in priority) either at half price, or free if it is the only way to complete the run. If the role is finally assigned on time, and the replacement person is able to pay a participation, the equivalent amount will be refunded.
Sponsor ticket:
In its events, Les Traverses ASBL offers the opportunity to add to the standard ticket price to sponsor reduced tickets. In concrete terms, this means that each participant can choose to contribute a little more to organizational costs, in order to allow others to benefit from a reduced fee. Each person who chooses to contribute contributes to a "solidarity pot" which will be distributed, at the closing of the registrations, between those who have asked to benefit from a reduced ticket, up to a maximum of 50% of the standard ticket fee.
This amount can also be used to finance possible adjustments to accommodate people with disabilities.
The solidarity pot can in no case be used for purposes other than those listed above. If the contribution offers are higher than the requests, the excess will be refunded (in case of advance payment) in a fair way (it will not be requested more than necessary).
